Welcome to the Graduate Program Webinar Scheduler!

Instructions: Please choose on either the calendar or list which time and date you would like for your webinar. Please input all the information required in the form. When you complete the submission, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your webinar information. This will be sent to me, processed, and submitted to Communications.

IMPORTANT: If you need to make edits to your event after submission, please email me directly. If you update your event after it is submitted I will not be notified, and changes will not be applied.

Available Event Days

Below are available dates for webinars. The calendar will indicate slots that have been reserved. We are limiting slots to two webinars a day. One midday and one in the evening. In the form you can choose from the drop down the specific time you would like your event to be held. 

If there is a specific date/time your speaker needs that is not listed, please let me know!
