There are many types of higher education institutions. From public to private to two-year universities, and many options in between, there are many different places and spaces where higher learning occurs. With that, each type of university presents different opportunities to those who work and learn there. Join Dr. Aarika Camp to learn more about how to find out what type of university or college is the best fit for you and your career goals within higher education. 

Dr. Camp has worked in higher education for over a decade. She has worked at many different higher education institutions across the United States and has a vast amount of leadership experience. Dr. Camp received her Bachelor's degree in Women's Literature and Political Science from the University of Miami in 2001. Following that, she earned her Master's degree from the University of Florida in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services in 2003. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education and Higher Education Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 2017.
