Join us as we examine ways to improve relationships between nonprofit Executive Directors and their Boards. We will discuss perspectives and roles of the senior staff and Board, and methods to ensure that interactions run smoothly. We will also explore proven ways to get the board on board. There will be time for Q&A, so bring your burning board questions!
