Monday, October 21, 2019 at 5:30 PM until 6:30 PMUTC -05:00

Join current students and alumni from our MAHP program to learn more about how a degree in Historic Preservation can help take your career to the next level. Our speakers will discuss the various professional paths available within the historic preservation field when you receive a master's degree or certificate.

Lawana Holland-Moore '16 is the Program Assistant for the African American Cultural Heritage Action Fund. A National Trust Colodny Scholar, Lawana wrote her Goucher MAHP thesis on “Ethnic Minority Heritage Values and U.S. Historic Preservation Significance Policy” and loves to talk to the public about African American history, preservation, and underrepresented cultural groups.

Nikki Waters '22 is an archaeologist with over 22 years of experience in cultural resource management. She owns and operates her own consulting firm, while also pursuing her MAHP at Goucher where she is developing her expertise in historic preservation. Ms. Waters is also a full member of the Village of Fayetteville, New York Historic Preservation Board.
