Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

The sustainability community has warned individuals of pandemics, disasters, conflicts, and other looming disruptions for decades. While our current coronavirus crisis is tragic, it should not have taken us by surprise.

Join sustainability researcher Erik Assadourian for a webinar that explores the sustainability challenges just over the horizon and how we can, and must, redesign education to prepare future leaders to handle the societal challenges ahead.

Erik Assadourian is an independent sustainability researcher, author, and adjunct professor at Goucher College. He was co-director of five Worldwatch Institute State of World reports, including "Redefining Global Security," "Is Sustainability Still Possible?," and "EarthEd: Rethinking Education on a Changing Planet."
